如果鍾意落地玻璃,超靚無敵海景,又想食得養生健康啲,咁就一定要嚟呢間餐廳。一入門口就見到餐廳拎過好多獎,偷偷影低咗佢,有啲係寫明老闆某啲菜式拎獎,有個應該係由韓國政府頒發嘅大獎。晏晝睇住海景食飯都好寫意,屋企人食完都覺得好舒服。‣ 4 courses lunch menu $538/person· Traditional Korean Porridge, Beef, Clam, Korean Seasonal Vegetable話晒寫明煮咗十五個鐘以上,個粥嘅濃稠度啱啱好,質地細膩、入口順滑,亦都食到海鮮嘅香味,而我都幾鍾意佢加咗芝麻油,令到碗粥更加香。米餅都增添咗唔少口感,食完暖笠笠。· Grill Korean Snapper in Seafood Clear Soup面頭嘅泡泡都係用高湯打成,隔離有啲辣椒粉令到個湯嘅味道冇咁寡。不過我自己覺得就咁飲已經好好飲,蘿蔔都好甘甜,而釜山鮑魚都相當指爽口彈牙,清淡得嚟好舒服。· Grill Australia Wagyu Beef with Homemade Carrot Purée佢嘅胡蘿蔔泥好滑順,冇諗過除咗薯仔,原來配胡蘿蔔泥都幾好

面頭嘅泡泡都係用高湯打成,隔離有啲辣椒粉令到個湯嘅味道冇咁寡。不過我自己覺得就咁飲已經好好飲,蘿蔔都好甘甜,而釜山鮑魚都相當指爽口彈牙,清淡得嚟好舒服。

佢嘅胡蘿蔔泥好滑順,冇諗過除咗薯仔,原來配胡蘿蔔泥都幾好食。和牛燒得啱啱好,而我都幾鍾意佢嘅牛扒醬,有韓國嘅特色,味道相對上都係比較溫和。

餐牌話係濟州嘅黑毛豬,食落去嘅時候覺得肥瘦比例幾均勻,完全唔會覺得膩,而自製嘅燒烤醬味道亦都啱啱好。每一塊五花肉下面有一個塊酸白蘿蔔切片,可以中和到五花肉嘅膩,感覺都唔錯。
· Busan Own Farm Rice with Eel Soup with 5 Types Special Banchen
講明係自家製嘅珍珠米,老實講啲米係真係幾好食,我最後係當佢好似泡飯咁食,浸住食可以將米嘅香味提升唔少。伴菜嚟講我最鍾意都係白飯魚乾,搭配鰻魚湯真係錦上添花。

要咗杯蜜糖薑同埋紅棗茶,成件事真係超養生,零食方面餐廳就俾咗油菓,韓國傳統嘅特色小食。用一杯暖笠笠嘅茶為成個餐作結都幾唔錯。
