Smoked Salmon ($95)
是次選擇了罌粟籽的貝果，罌粟籽令貝果更加香口，而廚師將貝果微微烘熱，吃下來香香脆脆，但又不會太硬。至於煙三文魚的味道鮮美，如配合檸檬汁及腌豆的話，增加了酸及咸味，就加更可開胃。本來這款貝果是配有洋蔥，不過個人不太喜歡生洋蔥的濃烈味道，所以特意叫廚師去掉了它。
One particular bagel that stands out is the poppy seed bagel. Adding poppy seeds adds a delightful aroma to the bagel, and the chef lightly toasts it, resulting in a crispy texture that is not overly hard. The flavor of the smoked salmon is exquisite, and when paired with lemon juice and pickles, it adds a tangy and salty taste that is appetizing. Typically, this bagel comes with onions, but I prefer to have them removed due to their intense flavor.

不只是貝果做得好，店內的咖啡亦具質素，朱古力咖啡非常香滑，而朱古力及咖啡的比例剛剛好，亦不會太甜。
The bagels are well-made, and the coffee served in the cafe is also high quality. The chocolate coffee is remarkably smooth, with a perfect balance of chocolate and coffee flavors that is not overly sweet.
