I used to visit this cafe at least twice a day. In the good old days, food were good, service was surperb and price was value for money. I vosited there again after 1.5 yrs and it was a totally disappointment.We ordered 1 beef burger, 1 fish and chips and 1 salmon and egg with bagel.Food - taste still not bad but it was just not as good as before. And no presentation at all and they just dumped all onto the plate.Service - real bad. We have ordered, reordered and chased our 3 cups of coffee for

Food - taste still not bad but it was just not as good as before. And no presentation at all and they just dumped all onto the plate.
Service - real bad. We have ordered, reordered and chased our 3 cups of coffee for at least 3 times... but at the end of the day we were only lucky enough to get one! What pissed us off was that the servers just don't border to tell you what went wrong nor if your order is missed, even we have asked such question for many times!
I know the traffic and patronage was busy as it always been, but such a service level is really no better than a fast food chain! I don't think it is worth me to come again
