One of the bad experiences! Can’t believed it’s a Michelin star!My friend booked the restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised it has a Michelin star when arrived. My friend booked the restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised it has a Michelin star when arrived. And, I was looking forward to a nice meal. The food was very good, however, the service was so bad that it ruined our night.
One of the waiters was very bad at services, rude and really should not be in the service industry: taking orders wrong, snatching menus, forgetting pour wine to the person who tasted the wine after pouring for the rest. We had to keep raising our hand a few times for them to notice many glasses are empty.
When we were paying the bill, he realised he took wrong orders, without apologise, became snappy and snatched the bill, took off and said will take the item off the bill. All we wanted is to pay what we ordered.
非常失望的一晚!朋友在這間餐廳訂了枱,到步才知是米芝蓮一星。初時以為會有一個愉快的晚上。食物還可以,但係服務的確強差人意,不知道為什麼可以有米芝蓮一星。
坐低後才知道只可以同枱點set Menu。不可以單點。有兩個朋友不食肉,一個不食海產類,餐廳都可以改換set Menu中一些菜品,最後覺得朋友一齊食飯唔緊要,所以便繼續。
朋友點了紅白兩支不同餐酒,侍應給我朋友試酒,朋友覺得可以後,他便幫其他客人斟酒,斟完後卻忘記了試酒的朋友的杯子,並離開餐桌,需要我們叫喚才回頭斟酒。我察覺到他當時已經面黑黑覺得不耐煩。進食期間,我們朋友間多次酒杯冇酒,不知是否當天晚上侍應人手不足,侍應並沒有留意,因為餐酒放在離我們餐桌比較遠的地方,我們不可以自己服務,最後需要我們多次叫喚,侍應才幫我們加添。
我們進餐期間,兩支餐酒分別喝完,我們分開繼續添加了紅白另外兩支。本來問題不大,可是到結帳時朋友看到其中紅餐酒加單時,侍應把一支餐酒落了三杯單點?!?!白酒也少了一支。
我們覺得有一點奇怪便跟侍應了解。他說他以為我們是想單點三杯。我們聽到也找不着頭腦🤔。說話還未講完,他便從我們手中拿了賬單,二話不說很晦氣地離開餐桌,說會把三杯餐就取消。
最後黑口黑面的侍應已經不想再回來,由另一位侍應將新嘅賬單給我們,餐單只有紅白兩支酒。這是餐廳堅決收餐酒的費用。我們說,我們只是想根據我們真正點多少餐多少酒來付費,不知道為什麼會有這麼不愉快的經驗。
個人覺得,這一類餐廳,優質服務是必須的。而米芝蓮一星的服務是不是應該更加着重?
