如題,前台接侍員是餐廳給予顧客的第一印象。但她卻有欠禮貌, 態度不佳. 令食物質素成了服務質素下的刀下亡魂建議,如果沒有提供適當員工訓練,倒不如取消前台 客户直接walk in. The front desk is not polite. I think front desk is where a restaurant creates first impression to the customer. If there is no appropriate training to it, removing front desk service might be one of a gd ideas. Otherwise, chef's effort will somehow be taken away by poor front desk service experience
