好掛住飛印度嘅日子呀嗰陣時又成日自己走出去食印度菜，其實除咗日本菜之外我最鍾意食嘅就係印度菜啦，雖然喺嗰邊嘅餐廳好多都係食素嘅，因為佢哋嘅香料運用恰當，就算食素都好好食。今日就去咗學校隔離嘅一間印度餐廳度食，驚喜地，竟然非常之好食。Miss those days flying to india, sneaked out and have those nice Butter chicken, Nan ,Dorsa and Mango Lassi. This is authentic Northern Indian cuisine. They have veg and non-veg menu, with variety of meat choices. Alcohol and non alcohol Menu.
And must-try drink has to be Mango Lassi. I recommend everyone to try.

芒果奶酪係印度非常有特色嘅飲品，幾乎係咪一間餐廳你都會飲到嘅。呢度嘅芒果奶酪大大杯， 而且質感系好結身嘅， 芒果味好濃好香，性價比高，必飲！
The texture of the drink is so thick, and with strong mango flavour, it is recommended to every Mango lover. Personally, this is so good, and also jumbo in size. Totally worths the price.

Appetiser : 前菜有呢個叫papadum, 係免費送既， 有小小咸同埋脆卜卜既一塊餅乾， 加個綠色青瓜薄荷味嘅醬食，小小辣咁，味道好得意，幾開胃。
Papadum spicy chutney sauce with cucumber and mint flavour, as a starter. Crispy biscuit with spicy yogurt sauce, interesting!

我向大家大力推薦呢款嘅烤餅。我一向呢就好鍾意食Nan, 因為好鍾意佢陣香烤餅味。 但係呢款烤餅除咗有烤餅味之外， 佢係真係有好香嘅酥皮， 一上張枱就已經有浸好香嘅牛油味， 個皮脆卜卜，點埋咖喱食真係超好食。
I loveeeee Indian bread. But every chef cooks in different way that not everytime I found them good. But here, especially when they serve it hot, you can smell the butter , and the layer is so crispy together dipping with some curry, the flavour is indescribably good.

個白汁呢係超香既忌廉味， 但同時冇搶走咖喱味道。 香料嘅味道恰當唔會太濃， 有帶出咖喱嘅香味，同時咖喱嘅質感係好滑。其實我覺得如果佢加少少薯仔又或者係菜入去嘅話會更加好食。
The sauce is so creamy, I love so much how it tastes so balanced with the spices and at the same time the texture is so smooth. Love it more if there will be some vegetables or something else in curry. But I’ll still rate that high, simply amazing!
As someone who has been to India, I love the place and the people. And sincerely hope God bless India with the current situation🙏🙏🙏
