The broth was free of charge for lunch during this promotion period. I remember it was the same for our last visit. 

The menus looked pretty much the same as before.  Instructions were clear with a recommended time to boil the food for each food item.

Very shortly after we had been seated, 紅棗雪耳糖水 was served to us. It was not overly sweet at all and there were loads of 雪耳! Yummy!

It was quite considerate to offer a disposable apron to avoid making your clothes dirty! The long chop sticks were also another sign of being considerate to the guests.

These were the seasonings on your table including garlic, sesame oil and spring onion. Please note there was a charge of $20+10% for these seasonings plus tea. The freshly chopped spring onion and garlic were both great while sesame oil was also delicious to eat with some of the food items.

Please look at how they were boiling the bowls/cups/plates etc. When these were brought to us they were boiling hot! Good hygiene!

Please note that there was an option to skip the spicy broth! This time we went for 山珍菌湯鍋&番茄湯鍋. The tomato soup was the best! It was rich and seemed so healthy. I drank two full bowls at the end, which was so clear and seemed to be free of MSG! There were fresh tomatoes and needle mushrooms inside. The 山珍菌湯鍋 had loads of very fresh mushrooms! We kept eating these ingredients before other food items arrived!

We ordered 10 food items to share. I had to say basically ALL of them were DELICIOUS!

Overall quality of the food was simply great which were so fresh and delicious. It was also a good place to chat with some privacy. Service was good too.
