另外個銀雪魚西京燒都係....超。好。食！每一碟都係新鮮整出黎，所以要等一等，但個魚味道剛好，但又夠入味，超滑又多汁，我呢D唔專業食評家詞窮啦，總之真係好值得試啦！每個餐都有沙律、茶碗蒸、麵豉湯及甜品。(D野食影得太靚，為左曬命決定分兩個POST出)
ef.foodie top recommendation! If you have been reading my page and love sushi, please bookmark this place! Despite the sushi set name is not exactly called omakase, but because the restaurant loves to ensure all the ingredients they are using are seasonal, so every time the chef would pick different kinds of fish/ seafood for you, so its basically omakase, only that they guaranteed that toro and sea urchin must be included in the set... from what I have tried, not only sea urchin, toro, and scallops but ordinary tuna, they were so fresh that they were so buttery and could melt in my mouth, the freshness and natural sweetness.... I have already started to miss them when I am typing this... This place is fairly new and is close to the MTR station, so the Central/Admiralty people can give it a try during lunch hour too. The place is renovated like an authentic japanese restaurant which you could enjoy great privacy, unlike most other places in Hong Kong. It is also a great place for business lunch!
The grilled cod fish is also amazing. As it was freshly cooked, so you would need to wait a bit for it, it was worth the wait though. The fish was cooked perfectly, so juicy and fresh and smooth, in short, it is so worth trying!
