The snapper soup and udon went well together but tasted rather average in my opinion. There’s this other place which serves really good Madai clear broth ramen, but of course, the price point is very different. 湯底同烏冬沒有特別驚喜，心目中有另一家拉麵店嘅鯛魚清湯拉麵更優勝🙈
