灣仔🔹The Baker & The Bottleman朋友大推呢間米芝蓮一星Roganic嘅姊妹店,樓下係西式bakery,樓上係氛圍感超高嘅餐廳,菜式都好如果有同行朋友生日而又有點dessert嘅話,店員仲會安排蠟燭🎂🌸Truffle pudding with stout and corra linn cheese黑松露布丁 $100第一次見呢款菜式,做法好特別👍一層層嘅布丁係用牛角包酥皮做成,外脆內軟綿,仲有少少微暖,不過黑松露嘅味道唔太出,反而最頂鋪嘅芝士碎味道更突出🌸Tartare of beef fillet on dripping hashbrowns 牛肉他他配炸薯餅 $180呢間餐廳做得最出色嘅菜式,牛肉切得夠碎而且好弹牙,底下配左塊脆薯餅,好似餅底咁,味道好匹配❤️🌸14 days dry aged duck with ruby plum 鴨胸 $270肉質幾嫩,熟成度啱啱好,無騷味,鴨皮仲好有油香味,值得一試💗🍮Crème brulee 法式燉蛋 $100甜品推呢款,燉蛋滑得黎好creamy,好有質感,表面嘅焦糖唔會太甜又唔燶😍🧀Basque Cheesecake

🧀Basque Cheesecake 巴斯克芝士蛋糕 $100
不過不失,因為我鍾意有流心嘅多d,不過整體都ok嘅,叫個黎幫朋友慶生都幾有儀式感🎂

雞肉餃子嘅配搭幾特別,不過味道不過不失,如果有肉汁應該會好d;配菜係菇菌,幾入味,但呢款菇唔太啱我口味,呢道菜不推

條魚太鹹,肉質唔滑,而且好細條,唔值呢個價
