The menu at Tokyo Lima features a range of Peruvian-Japanese fusion dishes that are both beautifully presented and packed with flavor. I was particularly impressed with their ceviche, which was incredibly fresh and had just the right amount of tanginess. The tiraditos were also a standout, with their perfect balance of raw fish, spices, and lime juice that created a truly unique flavor profile.
The service at Tokyo Lima was impeccable, with the wait staff being incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. They made great recommendations and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.
