A real shame...

Not usually one to write reviews, but waiting an hour for a kale salad which required no cooking whatsoever, and seeing four other tables, who arrived after us, receive all their food and drinks before us, two of which managed to finish their meal and leave before our kale salad arrived, is really pushing limits. Even after two reminders, no apology was given, the reason provided being "too many orders". So it's out of the ordinary for a coffeeshop to have a busy Sunday lunchtime? We've been to

Not usually one to write reviews, but waiting an hour for a kale salad which required no cooking whatsoever, and seeing four other tables, who arrived after us, receive all their food and drinks before us, two of which managed to finish their meal and leave before our kale salad arrived, is really pushing limits. Even after two reminders, no apology was given, the reason provided being "too many orders". So it's out of the ordinary for a coffeeshop to have a busy Sunday lunchtime? We've been to our fair share of other coffeeshops in HK. We don't see similar places having a problem delivering and getting orders right on a Sunday lunchtime. When the salad did finally arrive, the waitress just dumped it on our table, like its completely normal for a salad to take an hour. No apology. No communication from the service staff whatsoever. Such a shame really, since its a fantastic location with great potential, but sadly we won't be coming back.

TL;DR dont order the kale salad (unless you like waiting ages for something that takes 5 mins to prepare), terrible service attitude
