So this is the me and my friend’s gathering time,I’d like to have something more delicate but im on a budget T.T as suggested by a fd, we chose AVA. PS always a big bonus to have a sea view in the restaurant.Amuse bouche-just one tomatoe with some cheese and vinegar,nothing genius.The house made butter for bread,nothing genius again,mehhh. Duo of crab($188) looks very delicate,come with an ice sculpture,looks good in and out. A bit difficult to get it out of the ice vase tho. Tastes good too,u can feel the sea saltiness from the crab meat and well balanced with buttery avocado paste and sweet mango chunks.

ordered 2 cocktails,only tried AVA, thought its their signature cocktails,maybe i didn’t read the description,the mint is over powerful and makes it like drinking a mojito which i am not a fan of,the alcohol content is quite high i would say.

thought i didnt see it on the menu,but i did make a reserve for this when booking on phone, and luckily i did coz the table next to us didnt reserve and can only see us having it,lol. The chef will make the ice cream in front of you lots of CO2 were made in the process and lastly the chef put the petals of rose on the ice cream. And most importantly it tastes heaven! You can clearly taste the favour of rose and soothes me so much after my strong drink. Definitely a must try.
