had lunch on this serene corner of kwuntong and we ordered the smoked salmon frittata and waffle's paradise. 🌷just a heads up, i have never tried frittata before so i couldn’t tell if this is how frittata supposed to taste.😬🥚the frittata was served in a mini pan🍳, making it looked so stuffed and compact, and with the salmon in the middle, definitely a cherry🍒 on top!🤩with each bite i took, my palate was embraced by the aroma of eggs while the scent of spinach and potatoes burst inside my mouth a

in my opinion🤭, the frittata was a bit bland, it would be really nice if there were more mozzarella added so that the savoury could kick in, enriching the flavours. it was also a tiny little bit overcooked (not to the extent of being too dry), but i wish it could be fluffier and more creamy!

the waffles were just mediocre.
it’s no doubt our fault for letting them sit for quite some time🥲, so the glutinous rice cake became hardened, losing its chewiness.
