Today was the start of their autumn brunch.Their seasonal cocktails have changed too which we got to try all 4 of them.The starters came which looked like the woods. The foie gras with cherries and brioche was definitely my favorite starter. Their pumpkin and chestnut soup was rich and aromatic and my second favorite.Beef tartar was good but i would have preferred slightly less sauce.The mains came and we tried 3 different types. My parents had the steak and lamb and I took a bite of both, which were tender and seasoned just right.
Depending on your package, their are different free flow drinks(champagne, coffee) and we chose the basic one since we won't be able to try all cocktails.
Landscape was my favorite with the sweet angel rose and sherry as its main component yet having a tangy component of the grapefruit.
