I was on fire the moment i seated.. The shop is obviously understaffed,, waited awhile until the one and only receptionist to guide me to an available table!! I was seated upstairs, but that’s not the problem, I waited formed than 10 mins to have someone to take my order - but NO STAFF at the upper floor. Not until I walked down to ask do I order at the cashier? They then have a staff walking upstairs. 🤷🏻♀️After awhile, the couple sharing table with us left. And the waitress placed another coupl

I was seated upstairs, but that’s not the problem, I waited formed than 10 mins to have someone to take my order - but NO STAFF at the upper floor. Not until I walked down to ask do I order at the cashier? They then have a staff walking upstairs. 🤷🏻♀️
After awhile, the couple sharing table with us left. And the waitress placed another couple to our table, while there’s 2 ladies seating next to us with their handbags on the seat and food all finished... shouldn’t the new dinner be placed to their table instead of us, I know this is not something major to complain, but it just annoys me.
Then the food comes, and the pot of earl grey came as well. The cup was cracked.. I just didn’t bother to inform them any disappointment I encountered the day, but I swear I won’t visit this cafe anymore..
