It’s my third visits there but I really want the owner can read this and would improve its ordering process. There were at least 8 staff behind the counter but you must first let the one who is holding an iPad at the front know what you would like to order. Then that person repeat your order to you before he/she tells those 8 staff behind the counter what you are ordering. The 8 staff repeat your order and pick up what you need from the counter. Now you can move to the payment spot at the end. The staff who has collected your order reconfirmed your order once again and then tell whoever is in charge of the payment machine AGAIN. Finally you are allowed to pay…..
Come on, buying bakery is not rocket science, why make it so difficult and time consuming?
