I recently had the pleasure of dining at a newly opened Italian restaurant that specializes in Napoli pizza and pasta, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! It was clear that Bkack Sheep had put a great deal of thought into creating a space that not only serves delicious food but also fosters a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Now, let's talk about the food. The pizza was out of this world! I ordered the Colatura, anchovy pizza, and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The crust was perfectly crisp, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the pesto sauce and toppings were fresh and flavorful. The anchovies were a standout ingredient, adding a salty and savory element to the pizza that was absolutely divine.
The linguine alla vongole was also a highlight of the meal. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the clams were fresh, tender and juicy. The sauce was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of garlic and white wine.
Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The staff, the atmosphere, and the food were all top-notch. If you're looking for an Italian restaurant that serves incredible pizza and pasta, with a warm and inviting atmosphere, then this is the place for you!
