Excellent Shandong Dumplings ( pork with Chinese cabbages, or chicken with mushroom, or tomato/ball pepper with pork, or cucumber with pork and shrimp - yes, I have had all flavors) - fair to say it’s the most authentic dumplings that I’ve ever had in Hong Kong in 10 something years .... very juicy, with the warm sauce perfectly wrapped and contained in the soft yet slightly bouncy dough ( I believe they make the dough from scratch)...Then when you chew, the well chopped minced Chinese cabbage j
