They have the best Uni in town, period. Don't go for the uni sashimi, get the sushi instead. Come here for the uni if you are into it. Other fishes are excellent too. Toro is not very fat but definitely good quality. 牡丹蝦is superb as well. In short, all sashimi and sushi are real fresh. Good stuff. You can also try their ox tongue and fried dark pork chop. The Japanese beef is quite expensive (around $600+ per cut) but it's definitely good. I believe it's 5A. All in all, this is my favourite Japa

All in all, this is my favourite Japanese restaurant in town. I love Jap food and I have tried many Jap places in HK so take my work for it.
p.s. service is quite bad especially when you are on your first visit.
