This is an expensive chocolate bar.M and J wanted chocolate lava cake, so I brought them here. I have been looking forward to this. Before, Chocoholic was Chocolux. Service:
The staff were very friendly, and took things easy. English-speaking. I believe they are the ones who prepared the desserts as well! For that they ought to be commended.
Food:
First up, on the menu:
Chocolate Volcano (that's what it's called) $53 + $10 for ice cream scoop
Affogato (vanilla ice cream with espresso, kahlua, chocolate beans, and one squished, soaked macaroon) $63
After 5 minutes, our table looked like this:
Conclusion:
Will come back next time for the Volcano cake, and the hot chocolate drinks. If they're as good as the ones at Chocolux then they're definitely worth a try!
