We got two cakes from Noah to share as afternoon tea in the office the other day. The Matcha Roll Cake was not as indulging as expected. In fact the matcha flavour was so subtle that you can barely taste it, while the eggy flavour was more pronounced. Its texture was not spongy enough neither. It was moist, but rather rubbery. The Dark Chocolate Topped Half-baked Cheesecake was way more impressive. The cheese layer was so fluffy that it was almost like a soufflé. The cream cheese flavour was pronounced, more on the savoury side so it balanced well with the sweet chocolate ganache and the thin layer of chocolate sponge cake. Not bad!張貼
