凪豚骨拉麵 (已搬遷) 新店位置

I had wanted to go here for a while because there are lots of newspaper articles and reviews on the outside which call it the best ramen in HK. It’s great ramen, but it’s not the best! The broth is very oily and the noodles are a bit thin for my taste. The flavour is good but nothing amazing. It’s an average price, maybe a little more than you’d expect to pay. The decor is great and the staff seem friendly, it looks authentic to traditional Japanese ramen places.
