This Signature Menu of Deep-Fried Chicken Fillet Rice was an awesome one. The chicken fillet was freshly fried, with a crunchy skin wrapping juicy and tender meat underneath. Super delicious!
The rice was great too! The ordinary minced meat for one thing, the chopped beans for another. This was the first time that I had Taiwanese rice with beans, and it’s a good experience!
As for the runny egg, it was a bit smokey…I’m not sure if it was intended to be a smoked egg…
