Had a very enjoyable afternoon at the Ritz Carlton with parents / family for a lunch buffet.Service was top notch and efficient, and staff were genuinely warm and friendly. I loved its mini burgers, roast beef rib meat, black truffle dim sum, baby lobster and desserts, particularly the HK style mango pomelo 楊枝甘露 pudding which I still crave for it now as I am writing this review almost a month later!

I loved its mini burgers, roast beef rib meat, black truffle dim sum, baby lobster and desserts, particularly the HK style mango pomelo 楊枝甘露 pudding which I still crave for it now as I am writing this review almost a month later!
