I think the noodles and soup is delicious. the soup is a little bit salty. I always ask for less salty. there are not many choices. we two ppl usually ordered a bowl of noodles and some a snack (not really snack) to share. i loved the beef roll with mushroom. yummu yummy.perhaps the location is very strange. it is not inside the shopping mall. not many ppl. but it also a good point. not crowded. good place to have japanese noodle in Tsuen Wan. much much better than "mei qing" in Tsuen Kam Centre
