(English review below)為慶祝生日,跟朋友買了這兩件甜品,貪他們靚。因爲趕車,一起去買的朋友很緊張。店員卻頗生手,又要用膠紙貼來貼去,又要用繩綁,搞了20分鐘才包裝好讓我們帶走。對比起一般蛋糕店,5分鐘已經算慢了吧。我朋友很生氣,我就很無奈……可能要檢討一下包裝流程了。大大件的復活蛋很搶眼,因爲實在太大了,而且造型很有層次,在蛋型模具上用黑巧克力編制出幾層厚的蛋殼。外邊用上其他巧克力和蝴蝶裝飾,而裏邊就放了牛奶巧克力小型復活蛋,造型很棒。蛋蛋超硬,要用暴力才能鑿開。我最喜歡是外殼的黑巧克力,充滿烤可可豆的香氣,顯出巧克力的深度。相比之下,裏邊的牛奶巧克力可能比較適合小朋友吧,裏面還要再藏著脆脆的焦糖粒,太甜了。蝴蝶裝飾和墊底的磚塊就甜到倒胃口。這個巨蛋可以讓幾個人吃上幾天,太多糖份了,你們有好多人分享才好買啊……另一件是raspberry rose cake。適合打卡……而已。上面的巧克力裝飾還算好吃,但蛋糕就有點化學劑的味道。可能只是我吃不慣這個味道吧。口感就一般,可以滑一點,更能襯托光滑的外形。Any肥,總算是試過這裏的甜點了。To celebrate a bi

To celebrate a birthday, we bought these two desserts for their looks.
My friend was very anxious because our bus was arriving soon. I guess the staff was a new comer, as she spent so much time packing the cakes with adhesive tapes and ribbons. It ended up with 20 minutes for the packing, compared to other cake shops which usually take no longer than 5 minutes. My friend was very angry, while I felt helpless... Maybe they should review their packaging process.
The big Easter egg was very eye-catching because of its size, and it was well layered. Several layers of thick egg shell were weaved with dark chocolate on an egg-shaped mould. Its exterior was decorated with other pieces of chocolate and butterflies, and its inside contained small milk chocolate Easter eggs. Nicely crafted! The Easter egg was rock hard, so prepare to crush it with violence. My favorite was the dark chocolate making up the outer shell, as it was full of aroma of roasted cocoa bean, which gave much depth and sophistication. Comparatively, the milk chocolate Easter eggs inside even contained caramel crunch. They were so sweet that probably only children would like them. The butterfly decorations and the brick at the bottom were overly sweet so I lost my appetite. There was just too much sugar, so this big stuff can feed a several people for a few days. Think twice if you do not have a bunch of people to share it...
The other one was raspberry rose cake, which was nice for photo taking... only. The chocolate decorations above were delicious, but the cake tasted too artificial. Maybe it was just that I was not accustomed to this taste. The texture can be more smooth to match its cute shiny appearance.
Anyway, I have checked out its desserts.
