Bun Cha Vietnamese (滿發大廈)

This is actually one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. I went to support in this difficult time. But very very disappointed. Noodle is pre-cook and soaky, all sticking together and obviously breaking in small pieces. Beef is full of tendon. Probably the cheaper meat they now switch into. I think they did this in targeting lower cost. I won’t go again. Feeling sorry to lose a good one.
