I don’t usually write complaints because every job has its difficulties but the service I got from this male waiter is unacceptable. First , we were being pressured several times by him asking us “exactly how many pieces of meat you need to be full” starting at an early stage of our dinner when the skewers weren’t all out yet. We answered we don’t know and would like to see what else is coming out next and got side eyed. I was being asked “ why are u still hungry” when i asked for more meat , it
First , we were being pressured several times by him asking us “exactly how many pieces of meat you need to be full” starting at an early stage of our dinner when the skewers weren’t all out yet. We answered we don’t know and would like to see what else is coming out next and got side eyed. I was being asked “ why are u still hungry” when i asked for more meat , it makes me feel like im wrong for wanting more.
Secondly, my brother who is a bit chubby got told he would explode if he eats more. Not exact wording but similar meaning,the word “explode” was definitely used. It really did upset him and we werent wasting anything , why shame us like that?
Thirdly, I asked if I could have the signature rump steak as I havent seen it coming yet, i also asked more sweetcorn and shrimps, none of it came even though i saw the waiter walking pass our table with the skewers. So i have to speak to him again and enjoy his eyes rolling.
We couldnt enjoy as much as we could because we were trying to avoid his attitude, and i was so disappointed and embarrassed to have bought my family here.
Other staffs are nice just not him.
