為慶祝小鬼雞的生日，我左度右度希望俾個搵個令佢 SURPRISE 既地方食飯 ... 條件︰1. 食扒 ... 小鬼雞是愛扒的！2. 精緻環境 3. sea view係OR睇左成半個月，心目中有幾個CHOICES，最後決定去呢間星空下的WOOLOOMOOLOO一試！i made reservation 2-week ago and request a sea view table if possible. i made reservation 2-week ago and request a sea view table if possible. The lady said okay. wow!!! A day before, an English speaking lady called to confirm my reservation. By then, I ordered a hot chocolate cake and request to have 小鬼雞 happy birthday written on it.
On the way we took MTR to TST, 小鬼雞 keeps guessing and asking where we were heading to. hahaha ... of course i wouldnt tell ... just like what he didnt on my last bday!
We arrived at 7. When the lift door was opened, wow ... the night view is soooo enchanting! from 小鬼雞's face I could see how impressed he was! The lady leaded us to a window seat ... view was absolutely amazing!
Bread was served after we ordered...the bread is warm, puffy look. Not bad!
Crab cake...i like the sauces more than the cake ... haha
chicken caesar ... normal!
wooloomooloo steak for 小鬼雞 ... the steak is fair. but the sauces were decently served. impressing indeed
lamb cutlets for me ... alot better than the steak ... very juicy!
Finally ... time for the waiter to serve the former-ordered chocolate cake. I supposed the waiter should well notice we have finished our main course and its time to serve the cake. But darn it ...they didnt seem to realize I have ever ordered a cake! I waited for half an hour but nothing came! At last, i needed to remind them and wait for another half an hour for the cake to come. Well ... it made me feel like ... such a fine-dining restaurant shouldnt be as ignorant like this, right?! By anyway, it became a joke between us !
