Again, I was waiting in the area for other foodies to go to a tasting when I spotted the fish shao mai with wood ear fungus.It said $10 for members but I was also able to get them for $10.It was good that they had a variety of sauces and not just the standard soy sauce, chili oil that you find at local convenience stores.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Fish Shaomai with wood ear fungus:The shaomais were tasteless but since there were lots of sauces, it helped to enhance the taste and the wood ear fungas gave

The shaomais were tasteless but since there were lots of sauces, it helped to enhance the taste and the wood ear fungas gave it a nice mouthfeel and crunch.On the poster, there was also shittake mushrooms in it but I could not taste them.
