The food was good but the customer service was awful. Although the appetiser and main course came quickly, the dessert took over 45 minutes to arrive even after we had reminded them. The waiters were not helpful. There were numerous occasions when we got their attention; however, they proceeded to clear out and tidy the table next to us rather than come over to our table to hear our queries. On one occasion, they spoke back to us when we politely asked them to switch the plates, telling us we shouldn’t have used those plates for bread.
For a restaurant of this price ($1,700+/2pp), the customer service was severely lacking. We would definitely not recommend this restaurant for any special occasions.
