Didn't know where to go for dinner after work on Friday night...most places in cwb are full already and we headed to world trade centre to try our luck but seems most restaurants there also have long queues...except for crystal jadeWe only had to wait for around 5 tables so just waited for around 15 minutes~There was only 2 of us so we just ordered 酸辣湯 擔擔麵 小籠包...The food are very good酸辣湯: excellent...the balance of sour and chilli is just right~擔擔麵: good...the soup is good but seems it's more ch

擔擔麵: good...the soup is good but seems it's more chilli than the ones I tried at other branches~
小籠包: it's not as good as it used to be...but it's already better than the ones I had at the times square branch last time (I was very disappointed last time)
I am surprised that the quality of the food here is so much better than times square branch~
