I love dan dan noodles so ordered it as it was on the menu.Portion was small but I didn't realize there was a vegetarian option, if so I would have ordered that because I don't really like fatty minced pork.The broth was thin but it was surprisingly tasty and creamy with a slight fiery aftertaste.If the noodles were not too soft, it would have been perfect.
