If you are simply and only looking for great food and fresh seafood, this is the place for you. The location it is in Sheung Wan Soho, the décor it is nothing fancy, but the food are just exceptionally outstanding. Personally, I am not sure Mandarin Bar & Grill is any better than this. Oyster Platter (6 in total) (7/10)
Kumamoto: from the west coast of united state. fresh and fruity, soft and slippery, light marine flavour.
South Pacific: Rich Marine taste, sweet, crispy, cucumber taste.
Ecallies D’Argent: Sweet and fruity, hazelnuts aromas, fat, rich marine flavour.
Scottish Rock: Light flavour, smooth texture, sweet, bitter after taste.
Rdiex: From South Africa, it is like Gigas and Nelia together. Sweet and creamy, crispy and briny, fat and rich marine taste.
Gillardeau: Legendary like Belon (small production in western France), briny and juicy, plumed and soft textures, marine taste (not too strong), long lasting deep sea flavour and creamy aftertaste. My all time favourite, personally, I think this is way better than Belon.
Cherry Stone (6/10)Cherry Stone: Chewy texture, sweet and medium brininess, rich marine flavour.
Thai Tiger Prawn (5/10)Fresh, sweet and crispy, and I particularly loved their spicy sauce. Once you started, you won’t able to stop.
Razor Clam (7/10)Extremely sweet, hence it was very fresh. Soft texture, it melted as soon as in entered your mouth.
Oyster station offers a fresh approach to dining with the finest seafood. Its commitment and passion for absolute freshness as a way of life, it’s un-doubtable. Looking for reasonable price with the quality of Michelin restaurant? This is the place for you.
