My husband got a book of herbal tea coupon from his customer. He told me that chinese herbal tea has its functionality, such as detox and avoiding water retention in our bodies.Since I was very hungry (i.e., "stomach druming" ), I got a lunch box (玉米滑蛋肉片配紫米飯 ) . The lunch box comes with a bottled water . Honestly speaking, this lunch box was not tasty but the combination of 玉米滑蛋肉片配紫米飯 is kind of relatively healthy food. Just once for a while, why not try this!? The herbal tea ... not really bitter taste but not attractive. However, if it works for avoid water retention in our bodies, I don't mind drinking this. (Ha ha ha)
