為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施,與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘,環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃,參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼,以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳,供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請,申請費用全免。

I was (once again) shopping at Plaza Hollywood, but I started to get hungry , so I found this Cantonese restaurant, there wasn't much people waiting so I went inside .My impression of their service was already bad once I went in . No one gave clear instructions about where I should sit , so I had to find a seat myself and asked the staff whether I can sit there . Initially, the staff member told me that I could sit there, though another staff member came and told me that I couldn't . Miscomm

Fried Bread Stick Wrapped in Rice Roll and Garnished with Scallions

The first dish that came was the Bread Stick one
. It came wrapped in Rice Roll and some Spring Onions and Dried Mini Shrimp were sprinkled ontop
. The Bread Stick was not crunchy at all
, and the Rice Roll did not have a rice flavour
. But the Spring Onions and Shrimp gave a great flavour to it
.


Siu Mai

After a long time, the Siu Mai came
. It was very hot and steaming, and I had to wait for it to cool down before I could take a bite
. When I took a bite, it was very flavourful, with the umami flavour
. It had a great texture too, the shrimp was very chewy
.


Har Gow

The Har Gow came with the Siu Mai
. It was even more hot and significantly had more steam being emitted
! The shrimp, same as the Siu Mai, was chewy, though it was less umami
. The skin was not quite chewy though
.

In conclusion, this restuarant has high qualitt dim sum
, though they should improve service and do more training
.
