Arrived Wan Chai quite early around 930am and came to Bake House and luckily there was 1 table left so I can enjoy the pastries right after they reheat it.The only difficulty is choosing what pastries to have. One of my friends recommended Almond Danish and my other friend recommended Apple Crumble Danish so I ordered both and their Sourdough Egg Tart.Despite not being an almond fan, their almond danish was amazing, the sweetness of the glaze was just right and and the almonds were still crispy.

Despite not being an almond fan, their almond danish was amazing, the sweetness of the glaze was just right and and the almonds were still crispy.

Every bite from the apple crumble danish was filled with apples and the only thing you need to be careful is the toppings of the apple crumble falling off as there was so much.

The sourdough egg tart was just as impressive. The croissant like exterior made by sour dough was just perfect and the egg custard was aromatic without being too sweet.
