Anyway, I walked past this Chinese cafe and saw these oversized Jammie Dodgers and Palmiers!!!!
If you see the size of the JD on my hand, then you can imagine how big that Palmier was!!

I didn't expect it to taste nice but it was fun eating it!!
The Chinese version had apricot jam in the middle but between the biscuit there was not enough jam so it was a bit tasteless.If would also taste nice if they used Malt sugar syrup because it is sweet and chewy which would go well with the tasteless biscuit but it was good that it wasn't buttery.
Apart from that, I really liked it and I wished I got the huge palmier too.
