Extremely bad experience in the CWB joint.1st they attempted to sit me down in the front entrance where the semi outdoor high seats are, while half the restaurant is empty inside and no other is waiting in line. There was a construction just right next and the piling in the site was LOUD! It was also 2pm when CWB was at its highest traffic with MANY impatient drivers queuing outside on the street horning at each other. The air was extremely polluted, humid and dusty and I see no reason that w

It was also 2pm when CWB was at its highest traffic with MANY impatient drivers queuing outside on the street horning at each other. The air was extremely polluted, humid and dusty and I see no reason that we have to suffer this while we could be seated inside.
2nd, I was told a 75-mins limit to the use of the table!!!!!! (NEVER HEARD in any other Pici locations! I have no intention to sit at your restaurant for longer than my meal btw, given the noise and pollution there! However, I was waiting for more than 45 mins before they could start bringing us the main course! And am I expected to gulp down all my main courses (we ordered 6 main dishes to share between 4) and desserts and pay by and leave the table in barely 30 mins of time?? I felt like I went to a fast food 茶餐廳！ And during the time they kept turning up and blowing the air-con in full force so basically all the pasta and cheese got chilled and mushy and they tasted disgusting. 🤮
