食得好開心! It was Halloween and i guessed most people went to have western or Halloween themed lunches. There were 7 of us, so we were being seated at the smaller private room at the back. The private room could hold 2 tables, one that seats 8 and another one around 12 people. We went through a courtyard to the room - somehow reminds me of Beijing's 四合院, where an open area was surrounded by a 2 storey buildings. The doors of the restaurants were of antique wooden style, and they were all kept open, which gave a more spacious feel.
The waiters were helpful and polite, not that you need much of their help on the ordering, as the menu was pretty much self-explanatory. Total 23 types of dim sum, 7 types of 腸粉, 6 types of congee, and 11 types of desserts. More than you can possibly try! We had 17 dishes only, as we had 1 kid and 6 adults.
They had some signature dishes which I thought worth trying:
隆濤叉燒包
雞球大包
竹笙灌湯餃
蒸瑤柱蘿蔔糕
金絲燒鵝酥
沙律皮旦蝦筒
蝦子蔥油餅
皮蛋桂魚腸粉
冬菜泥蜢粥
隆濤奶王包
I found the 蘋果叉燒酥 and 煎堆仔very yummy.
All the dishes came out steaming or sizzling hot. The presentation also neat and appetizing.
I didn't manage to take photos on the tasty ones, as they look too attractive and everyone just digged in before i got the chance to click on my iPhone button!
Loved it. I will be back again...!
