Jade is gem!Last time I came, I didn’t try the stir-fried Jade noodles, today I finally tried it, it looks slightly different from the picture. The shredded egg omelette was stir-fried egg in the real thing.The noodles were very moist, and the beanshoots, thinly shredded green peppers made it even more so.Overall I liked it a lot, but the portion was small.The only thing I felt that didn’t match was the smoked duck breast, it was not fresh because it was pre-cooked and imported.I would have pref

The noodles were very moist, and the beanshoots, thinly shredded green peppers made it even more so.
Overall I liked it a lot, but the portion was small.
The only thing I felt that didn’t match was the smoked duck breast, it was not fresh because it was pre-cooked and imported.
I would have preferred it if they used proper meat Thai style rather than cooking noodles with non thai stuff.
As well as noodles had the chicken with rice, the chicken breast was very tender.
The rice was served in the shape of a pyramid.
