My pre-dinner dessert yesterday and yay to no queues! The Matcha Maruto Parfait (HK$98) was like a treasure hunt with layers of whipped cream, chiffon cake, shiratama dango, rice crispies, matcha jelly, chestnut, red bean paste and ice cream all waiting to be discovered in a tall glass. While I appreciate the variety, I thought it was rather pricey and would've preferred a higher ice cream ratio. The restaurant had superb harbour views on the 18/F though and I wouldn't mind going back for more m
