✨ We ordered their Sukiyaki Dinner Set priced at $680 hkd per person. 🍲🥩

Pic 1️⃣:Kagawa Olive-gyu and Kyoto Himegyu
— These cattle are fed a unique diet mixed with olive pulp, and you can actually taste the subtle aroma and nuttiness in the meat. The himegyu was a bit more lean, with a more even meat to fat ratio, but still melted in your mouth.

Pic 2️⃣: Japanese Vegetables (7 Kinds)
— A beautiful array of fresh vegetables all imported from Japan. They’re cooked in the same sukiyaki sauce which further brings out the natural sweetness of the vegetables.

Pic 3️⃣&4️⃣: Appetiser (3 Kinds) & Steamed Dish
— Loved the presentation of this! The sesame tofu was so unique, as the texture was even softer than regular tofu, and had an interesting aroma to it as well. The ikura on top added a nice flavour burst.

Pic 5️⃣&6️⃣: Vegetables (Amela fruit tomato, Aichi-grown Romanesco, Grilled Tofu, Mushroom, Mizuna)
— My favourite was definitely the Amela fruit tomato, as it was just so sweet and fresh. The grilled tofu was also very flavourful and soaked up the flavours well.

Pic 7️⃣: Egg dipping Sauce - fluffy egg meringue with Yamaguchi egg yolk
— Two sauces are provided, but the one with the meringue definitely stole the show, as the light, fluffy meringue really added to the texture and elevated the experience.

Pic 8️⃣: Olive-gyu
— Really melted in your mouth and soaked up all the flavours from the sweet sukiyaki sauce.

Pic 9️⃣: Kombu-steamed rice with simmered egg
— So good! I loved the chewy texture of the rice mixed in with the kombu for a strong, earthy aroma. The rice is also prepared using the sukiyaki sauces, so you’re guaranteed a lot of flavour in this small bowl. A generous spoonful of meringue is added to top it off.

Pic 🔟: Dessert (Hokkaido Melon and Yuzu Sorbet)
— Great way to end the meal. The melon was insanely sweet and juicy, whilst the yuzu sorbet was refreshing and had the perfect amount of sweetness and acidity to it.
