I heard everyone talking about this infamous sourdough egg tarts, and I had to try it out myself! I went to the Central one, and the line was around a 15 minutes late during non-peak hours (I went at 4:30 PM). I heard the Wanchai one is even longer. But all I can say, it is worth the wait. I recommend if you were to get the cheese tarts to put it in the oven for a few minutes to toast it back up. Definitely a game changer!!! I love this place and would love to try more of their sourdough bread.
