Been to Sushi Hana so many times and they never fail my expectations. Fresh and high quality seasonal ingredients is one of the reason I keep going back. This time we are back on Christmas Eve. One of my favourite dish is the different types of sea urchin from various part of Japan. I don’t know how to describe the difference of the taste but they are unique and sweet.
