Wanna picking up something hot in the hot summer and there we went to this restaurant.We ordered chicken curry and onion lamb curry with complmentary naan and rice.Naan is cold and no good.What keeps this restaurant away from my dining list is the curry quality. What keeps this restaurant away from my dining list is the curry quality. It is definitely not any style of curry however it's called "international". I can dare to say it is worser than any average hk style tea cafe has been offering as soon as the curry dishes were served.
The curry sauce was watery and a whole chicken piece was barely put into the dish. There it went thier "curry dishes".
It seems that their cooking "technique" not "skills" is to make the curry like soup. Whenever customer orders one particular dish, the kitchen will make the main ingredient - no matter lamb, chicken, beef, etc barely done and just spread curry saurce on it. You could hardly feel the curry taste as "curry". And you can imagine then how you feel about the chicken or lamb i ordered.
If they barely serve hk style curry, it's fine. Unluckily enough, it is not even HK style curry.
