My friend and I went to a Japanese restaurant called "Sakuragi Omakase" (櫻木) located in 3/F, The Hennessy, 256 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai (灣仔軒尼詩道256號The Hennessy 3樓).There are Japanese Style banners and Sake at the entrance of the restaurant.Two gigantic chandeliers capture my attention once I walked into the restaurant.The backrest of the booth seatings are very high which provide high privacy environment to the customers.Steamed egg with sea urchin(front) 海膽蒸蛋(前) HKD$45The egg is silky smooth wit

The egg is silky smooth with the creamy, fresh, sweet sea urchin.
A velvety delighted treat.

The cod fish has very high fat content.Thus the fillet is very moist, smooth, delicate and succulent.
You can taste the natural sweetness of the fish.
The steaming cooking method
The angus beef is just cooked with nice lovely pinky color.Very tender and delicate.
The calms are quite delicate.
However the miso soup is way toooooooo salt for me.
