After a busy day of work, i had to find a place for a fast dinner at late night.I really like the name of the restaurant, totally showing my thought at that moment, Hungry Monkey!!!- Tomato Salad with Garlic - It is a peeled big tomato on some garlic oil and vinegar sauce. It is totally refreshing.- Pan-Fried Scallop - the big scallop was cut in pieces and pan-fried, the taste was good, is fresh and in the meantime, it is also well fried.- Yokozuna Gyoza - it is Japanese pan-fried black pork d
After a busy day of work, i had to find a place for a fast dinner at late night.I really like the name of the restaurant, totally showing my thought at that moment, Hungry Monkey!!!
- Tomato Salad with Garlic - It is a peeled big tomato on some garlic oil and vinegar sauce. It is totally refreshing.
- Pan-Fried Scallop - the big scallop was cut in pieces and pan-fried, the taste was good, is fresh and in the meantime, it is also well fried.
- Yokozuna Gyoza - it is Japanese pan-fried black pork dumplings, by the looks it seems very common , but once giving a bite, the dumpling skin was well fried and inside was juicy and good in taste.
- Fried Chicken Liver Tendon with Chinese Leek & Sprint - it was my first time trying something like, this, the liver was very chewy and with the Chinese leek match well with it cos it make the dish less oily and more texture beside only the liver.
- Lamb Rack - it was just tender and juicy, it was nice.
- Sake Clams - never though that you can wrap a soup like this as a dish, but it totally understandable. By wrapping it it like this, it can keep the Sake taste, and smell longer and in the meanwhile keeping it warm. The soup was refreshing and the clam was fresh, sweet sea shell taste.
- Approaching Adulthood - what a name for a mocktail, it contain Apple juice, Yuzu, Ginger Beer, Lychee Puree and Lemon Juice. The lemon juice is stronger than the the other taste but the after taste of the apple juice was also notable. Very very refreshing.
- Australian Lobster - It was a big lobster, and pan-frying it was perfect. Once taking off the shell, it was a chunk of lobster juicy meat, it was delicious.
- Fried rice with A5 Wagyu Beef Brisket - the A5 beef was tender and with the fried rice, it was fulfilling.
- Fluffy Teppan Souffle with mix fruit - the Souffle was prepared by Pan-frying and not baking it, and with a mix of fruits like mango, green melon and strawberries, it was nice.
