Was the farewell dinner with a colleague with a whole batch of people. We have already made a pre-visit before the dinner as we want to ensure that nothing goes wrong.Since the food and quality seems ok in that trail , we eventually made the decision to pick this other than the others in the same buildings~ i.e. eventually proved to be a wrong decision!=(Main dish we have Lamb, steak, pork and fish, anyone of the 4 choices, all of them are good from comments form my colleagues. Main dish we have Lamb, steak, pork and fish, anyone of the 4 choices, all of them are good from comments form my colleagues. I have picked the steak, medium well done- the texture and juices deserved the praise!
Also very impressed by the wheat bread offered for the soup and the appetizer. Dessert was blueberry cheese cake but the overwhelmed cheese with little blueberry have a bit twisted the taste of the cake. Coffee was nice.
To be honest, food is good, not up to standard is the service and the quality if the staff. Throughout the dinner we needed to repeat many many times the staff to place focus on boss’s order/request before they can do that automatically ( this is not acceptable and one of the staff even cried at the back afterwards but I have to state that we didn’t blame or use heavy words towards anyone as our boss was also there , just a bit nervous)
I will go back for the food but not for the service.
